This page explains, in plain language, how we process the personal information submitted through the “What would your perfect day look like?” questionnaire. Submission is voluntary and only takes place after your explicit permission.

1. Controller and contact

2. Information we collect

We collect only the details entered in the questionnaire: your name and participant names, country of origin (optional), email, phone number, contact preference, occasion and planning stage, date or period, location, approximate guest count, services wanted, budget range and any notes you choose to share. You can indicate when the location or guest count is not yet decided.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to register the enquiry, prepare the personalised PDF, understand the event, check availability and reply with relevant information or a proposal. The legal basis is the consent given before the form is submitted. We do not use these answers for automated decisions or sell them to third parties.

4. Services involved

The necessary information is processed by the infrastructure hosting the website and its database, and by the email service used to notify Origem. If you choose to open the prepared WhatsApp message, the details included in it are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Retention period

If an enquiry does not become a client relationship, we will delete the lead no later than 12 months after the last contact. If services are contracted, necessary information is kept for the period required to manage the relationship, meet legal obligations and protect legal rights.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information and withdraw consent without affecting lawful processing already carried out. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal’s data protection authority, the CNPD.

7. Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards to limit access and protect the information. This policy may be updated when the form, the services involved or applicable obligations change; the date above identifies the latest version.
